Seattle Pano Redux by goletaal Seattle Pano Redux by goletaal
Full view a must! The classic Seattle skyline shot from Queen Anne Hill.

My original submission of this shot [link] was of the image only; no border, no text, etc. That image has since become my most often :+fav:'d and commented deviation, so I wanted to leave it as is and submit this as an entirely new deviation. Some very slight image tweaking and a nifty black border with some text to let you know what you're looking at, and voila!!!

I was inspired to give this shot the royal treatment after looking at all the amazing panos that =rmx [link] pulled together from all over dA, including some of his own great work and the original version of this shot. I highly suggest you go here: [link] and check them out ASAP.

Great image for a postcard, beautiful night time photography. I am just getting into panoramas now, this is something to aspire to.

:thanks: :thanks: :thanks: Thanks! I'm glad you like it. I actually have had it printed as a post card to see how it looks since I've had that comment before. It looks nice, but I'm too lazy for mass production. =D =D

Very nicely done - it can be tricky getting decent night images, but you did it well.

Yeah, you sometimes sit there and wait for the right light and then 5 minutes later it's gone. =D

Wow my old boss lives up on Queen Anne and supposedly the best view of Seattle is from their daughter's window. This is a gorgeous shot. You could easily sell this to tourists!
